Freeware Version - Evaluation and Registration

You are hereby licensed to use this software for

evaluation purposes without charge for 30 days. If you use

this software beyond the 30 days evaluation period and want

to get all advanced features a registration fee of $19.00

US is required.

Volume discounts are now available.

All payments are processed by ShareIt (www.shareit.com).

Interested customers can register program online - either

on secure WWW site, per e-mail, phone, fax or postal mail.

As payment ShareIt accept all major credit cards, money

order and cash or Eurocheques (only in Europe).

and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase

One registered copy of Twin Files may either be used

by a single person who uses the software

personally on one or more computers, or installed on a

single computer that is used nonsimultaneously by

multiple people, but not both.

You may access the registered version of Twin Files

through a network, provided that you have purchased

individual licenses for the software covering

all computers that will access the software through

the network.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"

AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF

MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED

OR IMPLIED.

Because of the various hardware and software environments

into which Twin Files may be installed,

NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY

TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

The program can save the registration information after

deinstallation. This information can be deleted after

the hard disk format.

Distribution

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the

Shareware Version, you are hereby licensed to make as many

copies of the Shareware version of this software and

documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the

original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the

Shareware version of the software and documentation in its

unmodified form via electronic and another means (CD-ROM,

CD-RW, CD-R, DVD Disks and other).
